A few things I always keep in mind when I’m cooking! No matter what it is these tips help me lighten it up without losing flavor, and especially using fresh veggies, roasted garlic and spices actually makes dishes more flavorFULL! No matter what your favorite dish is there’s no reason it can’t be part of a healthy balanced diet, it’s just a matter of learning a healthier way to cook it!
